On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Very enjoyable”
My family and I stayed here with a group of 21 other people on a trip from Rome through Florence to Venice. Some people found it creepy simply because of its design and that it had at one point been a convent. My husband, son and I rather enjoyed it. We found it rich in ambience and quite charming.… more

“Decent and tranquil ”
We stayed here for two nights, the place is very beautiful and tranquil, close to cafes and pizzarias, you can take the public bus from outside the hotel and the main station is 15 minutes away. The rooms are small but clean and the staff are very nice and helpful
