“Lovely Holiday in Lake como”

Went to Lake Como BB for our holiday in august. Great location, fantastic views.would recommend this to our friends, would recommend that you eat out for brunch instead of breakfast as breakfast was not great, but otherwise everything else was fabulous & we would go back. Great Value.

We stayed at the Como Lake BB for a night in July 2012. Our stay there was very pleasant with a nice cosy cabin with a double bed and a bunk bed, nice kitchen and a clean bathroom. There was a stunning view of the lake from the terrace and also a nice little garden around the place. Parking was not a problem. Overall our stay was very nice and the only little disappointment was having our breakfast mostly considering of packaged bread and jams rather than home-made. But having said, it was not a typical farm BB so perhaps this is how other places do it as well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Thanks to the private parking space, we never had any problems with parking the car, even when we arrived very late back from our business meetings. Simple accommodation, but for the right price.

“Very nice BB”

We (2 persons) stood in BB Como in May 2012. We found a little nice flat with bathroom, kitchen and living-/sleepingroom. We (2 persons) stood in BB Como in May 2012. We found a little nice flat with bathroom, kitchen and living-/sleepingroom. We found everything we need for the stay: kitchen with fridge, electrical stove, dishes and more little other things. We had clean bed linen, the TV was functional. In the living-/ sleepingroom are a bed for 2 persons and an double deck bed. (we think the flat is for 2 persons optimal, but for 4 persons a little bit too small) The rooms got a very nice flair because of the self-made art (pictures, mobiles, etc.) of the owner. All rooms were clean and properly. We had a wonderful view over the see and the mountains from the terrace. Also the garden was lovingly cared for. The car we could park in the garage of the owner. We`ve got many information from the owner for trips in the region. For breakfast there were rusk, milk, yoghurt, coffee, tee, marmelade, honey and little cakes. We think it was a little bit difficult for us to find the entrance of the BB, but if you telephone the owner threre is no problem. Overall we had a very nice stay in BB Como.

“Stunning Como views”

We stayed for 5 days in this rustic apartment/house in Blevio. It was very comfortable, provided a garage for the car and lovely outdoor arrangements for meals. The view over Lake Como from the balcony was absolutely stunning and was a perfect place to eat evening meals or to relax and enjoy the sun on the impressive sun loungers. There was a small but interesting garden and a covered area with a partial view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting here watching in dry comfort a dramatic electric storm as well as using it each morning for breakfast. With a modern TV and adequate cooking and freezing equipment this was a very pleasing location, Buses run every hour to Como (4Km away, where weekend parking can be challenging) and there were events running in the village of Blevio in the late evenings. A genuine Italian experience, a place set amid ordinary residents with extraordinary views! Don't miss it!
