“Recommend here!”
Excellent. Very comfortable stay. Bedroom and en-suite were well presented and warm with a bed only second to my own at home. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk into York. You need to arrange to park outside and pay for the parking pass. Great hosts. Would be very happy to stay again!

What a lovely couple steve and janine are.. great company.. breakfast to die for… guest house is spotless, great location for town centre.. 10 min walk along the river👍👍👍👍😁😁 will definetly be back…

“Christmas Break”

Lovely guest house. Location is good for walking to the centre of York, room was clean and tidy only fault and it's a major fault was the queen size bed which has a terrible mattress which causes poor sleep quality, replace the mattress and I would have given a 5 star review of the property, having… more
