“Great experience at a lovely B/B”
Very clean and great hosts breakfast good,very close to the city nice walk in about 5/10 min,rang up about parking as the car parks we’re coming out dear ,was accommodating found me a place under his permit saving for two nights about £30,if your thinking about going to York you won’t find a better… more

“Wonderful stay”
We have been to York many times and stayed at various Guest houses and Hotels, our favourite being The City Guest house in Monkgate, York. The hosts Julie and Allan are perfect at welcoming you into their home. The rooms provide you with a very comfy bed and all you need for a wonderful stay.

“Excellent ”
Myself and the wife have just spent 3 nights here, we have been coming for about 4 years, lovely hosts, spotless rooms with added touches and top notch breakfast cooked by Alan. Very near to the town centre and about 20 minutes walk from the station. Highly recommended from Graham and Jackie.
