“Modern and comfy, helpful staff”

Great place to stay. Stayed here for 2 nights. Chose to shorten my stay by one night which the staff were happy to oblige and arranged a refund. Modern and comfy room. Staff very helpful. Very close to major attractions and within meters from the train station. Would recommend.

This small hotel is located next to the Paris metro station. It is easy to find. courteous staff. The rooms are clean, everything works. Great for transit travelers who need to get to the train stations. Fast WiFi. There are no unpleasant odors. Una meets comfort.

The hotel was well-situated for my brief stay in Paris between a trip to Nantes and a flight home. I would classify this as a no-frills kind of place, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-locatedf.

Around a half hour walk to the centre, this accommodation was perfect for myself and two friends. The fact it was so cheap and only 2 stars meant we went there expecting something disastrous, but in fact we were more than pleasantly surprised. We had a top floor room meaning we had to travel up 6 flights of stairs, but there was a tiny lift which was great for 1 or 2 people at a time (but definitely a squeeze for 3). The room was spacious with a lovely balcony view (pictured). There were some cons, such as some leakage from the toilet and sink, and as it was a rooftop room one of the ceilings was quite low (in my bed I couldn't really sit up without hitting my head) but these details were not major and didn't affect the enjoyability of our trip. For the price we paid we were happy with what we got! As for the area, a lot of reviews say it's a dodgy area - I can agree that to some extent we did feel uncomfortable as we are young women and there were quite a lot of grown men and shop owners would hang outside trying to talk to you as you walked past any time of the day but it's just a case of ignoring it. If you just walk past without paying attention there's no hassle. On a positive note there were lots of grocery stores, bars and restaurants with fabulous food without even going to the centre of Paris. All in all a good choice for a group with a tight budget.
