“Great value - super location”
Great location near so much of what we wanted to see and visit in Barcelona; fabulous and friendly staff; clean; lovely bathroom; superb value. I will stay there again, and I highly recommend the hotel! The staff speak multiple languages and seem invested in their customers’ comfort.

“Excellent value, perfect location”

Highly recommend this hotel located in the heart of the city. Very high marks for Hotel Catalonia Portal de l'Angel! The staff was very helpful and accommodating - storing luggage, securing cabs, providing additional towels. Location Location Location. In the historic area, close to the metro. Easy accessibility to everything you want to do and see in Barcelona. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of eating options nearby. But bring your own coffee supply.
