We were recently staying. It is impressive to see up close the strength of the work and dedication of the brothers Chiara and Cristiano, owners who take care of and dedicate their lives to the property. Whether for breakfast or dinner, they are there explaining the menu, suggesting wines to pair with the dishes. The vast majority of breakfast items are produced on the property, which makes us feel a profusion of flavors first thing in the morning. They also produce spectacular wines that are worth tasting. If you are looking to feel the Piedmont terroir in all its aspects and are looking for peace, tranquility and sophistication, Spinerola Hotel in Cascina is your best choice.

Ahhh, this hotel - it is in the most beautiful setting. We were there in November, so we were unable to take advantage of the pool, but my goodness I can imagine what a wonderful experience it must be, to be there in June, or September, looking out over that glorious Monferrato countryside, nothing to spoil the view for as far as the eye can see. We stayed in the annexe, and it was wonderful - so quiet, and blessed with a beautiful library, where you can sit and have tea (thanks to the provision of a kettle and tea bags in your room) and read, or snooze, or play a game (these are provided) - it is the most beautiful, comfortable room. And our rooms upstairs at the very top were just sumpumptuous: the luxury of them took our breath away. The bathroom is a sanctuary! Two types of robe! One fluffy, the other towelling; there were slippers, too, and beautifully scented soaps and shampoos. The shower was a rain shower big enough for three or four people! And we were warm as toast. It was difficult to leave for the day! On our second night (we were there for two) we ate in the restaurant of the hotel, where the meal was exquisite. The vegetables were the best I've ever eaten - I just wish the portions had been bigger - not that I could have eaten any more; it was just that the tastes were so delicious. Everything about the meal was perfect, in a beautiful ambience. The breakfasts are magnificent, too. Impossible to fault this hotel; it was the most lovely experience, from first to last; the staff are absolutely lovely - friendly, helpful (we didn't know where to go to eat the first night, and they suggested a lovely restaurant in another little town about 20 minutes drive away, which turned out to be a real find) - and all in all, despite the brevity of our visit, we felt as though we had been to a spa for a pair of days and found it very difficult to tear ourselves away. In the arms of its hospitality, you feel spoilt and very fortunate. Highly recommend the experience.

“Fantastic stay!”

Excellent hotel! Beautifuly appointed, and excellent, very clean, rooms with great showers and comfortabe beds! Chiara and her team were very patient and kind with our group. Wonderful and original food in the restaurant too!

The most cozy and peaceful place we have recently visited . Family business with young people who are great presenters of how business should be run and older generation full of knowledge . Great place if you are looking for quintet place and people who will make you feel at home.
