“Best B&B in Brianza!!!”

I have been for the first time over there a couple of years ago and came back many times ever since. great rooms, beutiful design and a lovely breakfast.I really liked the pool with no chlorine and the great mountain view. I highly reccomand! Ido

Firstly, to put some of the negative reviews regarding check-in difficulties/location of this property into perspective, we booked via Booking.com & this was made very clear at the time of booking, so having punched the postal address into the satnav.....no problem. Upon arrival at the C Hotel & Spa (ie the 'main' property) we were given a warm friendly welcome & speedy check-in before being escorted by car to the the rooms (5 min drive away). We were then given a quick tour of the facilities & left - in, to be perfectly honest, an oasis of chic, stylish, uber-modern calm (the photos on the website are actually very representative of what to expect). As we arrived late at night we had little idea of what to expect next morning.....we weren't disappointed - a spectacular view of the alps from a huge first floor balcony - &, as we were the only guests left after the other business travellers (?) had checked out we had the entire place to ourselves (&, sat by the pool, couldn't help feeling ever-so-slightly California millionaire-ish!!). As for the breakfast - well, it may have been left in a box with self-service coffee, but it really was more than adequate (fresh bread, cheese, croissants, fruit etc, etc). 5 min drive back to C Hotel & Spa for check-out mid-day & on our way - perfect overnight stop-off.

This is really not a hotel, but two family houses in Cremella converted into 10 guest rooms. The property belongs to C-hotel & Spa in Cassago Brianza (nearby village). My wife and I found the property at Perlasca 19 in Cremella, but there was no reception :-(. After an hour of asking (also local carabinieri) and searching we found the C-hotel and Spa, where we could check-in. One of the staff took us than back to the property where we could park our car in the underground garage and go to the room... Arrival and check-in process lasted more than one hour!!!!!! The design is nice - so minimalistic that you even don't have a hook for towels... Breakfast is fair - a package of products from local pastry store (which is the main business of hotel owners) and a machine-made coffee. The view from the rooms overlooking the pool is spectacular. Don't miss the sunset!

Stayed here as part of our extended family trip to visit more family. We had a number of rooms within C-Rooms - each room was quite different and the hotel was split into 2 - each wing mirroring the other. The hotel is eco/green built to take the air from the ground/stones instead of using traditional air conditioning. The rooms are decorated by sandstone/marble or other natural stones. Here are my notes: - There are no reception staff on the premises, the staff are located at the C-Hotel which is about 1.5 km away - we met 1 staff with English. They were quite obliging when they could understand our requests. You must check into the C-Hotel when you arrive. - There is plenty of parking in the basement - in fact, don't stay here without some sort of private transport. - There are no lifts, but there are stairs (either very windy ones or concrete ones) no matter which route you take to get into the place. - The pool is great for family use - though small (I think it might be 10 metres) and there is a paddling area and no diving. - The gym is small, contains a running and cycling machine and one for weights and mats. - There is a vegetable patch/park walking area beside the hotel. - Breakfast is served from 7am - each room is given a white cakebox containing pastries, strawberries, yoghurts, biscuits, dried toast and jam. - The coffee machine is a vending machine - it was not nice. - The coffee machine provides very sweet lemon tea - there is no kettle and other than microwaving, it is impossible to get tea (no teabags etc). - There is a small bottle of flat & sparkling water provided in each room and at breakfast, there is not much water provided otherwise - as the staff arrive daily, the supplies are only replenished once daily. - The nearby village is very very small. There is 1 fruit and veg shop, 1 bank, 1 laundrette, 1 pharmacy, 1 pub etc.. Please take note of Italian opening times which means shops close in the afternoon from 12/12:30 and reopen at 15:00/15:30. - Each room had a sky box and cupboard/wardrobe. - The internet is provided/locked down per room and is an eye watering 12 euro per day/2 days - whichever the case it was far too costly and is locked down to 1 device once registered to that device. - It was difficult to find lunch (due to Italian opening hours, see above) but there were some amazing dinner venues nearby (reachable by car). Onto the rooms: 1 couple had a very large room (the end rooms on the top floor) with a balcony overlooking the village, it was large and very nice, the natural stone floors and walls were beautiful. The bathroom was very large and had a see-through door to the main room. The single rooms were quite different - one of the single rooms (upstairs) had a balcony also overlooking the village but it was tiny (uncomfortably so). The other single room we had was downstairs beside the main breakfast area - this was incredibly noisy and had a constant smell arriving into it - but the room was large including the bathroom. Our room was the one nearest the stairs upstairs and overlooking another couple's room (we had our curtains drawn all the time) - the ceilings were low near the bed but sloped upwards so was high near the door - the windows were balcony doors (but could be opened up or out) - it would be dangerous for children as you can walk out and drop. The room was large and the bedding was from ikea. Our safe did not work. The bathroom.. was large but had a lot of unusable space (behind the main sink was unaccessible space). The shower was made of all natural stone - there is no natural plug hole.. just a sort of square gap with a natural stone tile on top of it which drains the water. There is a constant sheen of condensation on the floor. The toilets were all square and low (this is incredibly uncomfortable). My main gripe with the bathroom was that there were absolutely no hooks and no trays! - the hand towel had to be hung off the door handle (do not hang off the square lights!), and our toiletries had to be scattered between the floor and the washbasin area (the cleaning staff always moved what was on the floor back onto the washbasin area) there is a small tv panel in the bathroom at the handbasin. There is no full length mirror (this would not normally be a problem except that we were staying there for a special occassion). The intelligent panel for electricity was interesting.. we never figured out what all the lights were about. The room was very noisy as it was near the stairs and overlooked the "sit down" outside area. Our air conditioning never worked (same with the couple whose room was directly downstairs from us). We were told by hotel staff that it was normally the other side of the hotel which had air conditioning problems (where the breakfast room is). The constant temperature was 24/25 degrees which was a little too much for us - we ended up sleeping on towels on the floor - even with complaining it never really worked for us - but thankfully it was not a long stay for us. Btw, each room is decorated with some sort of lily with a long stamen - for anyone with pollen allergies, please be aware of this. Even with this, it was a beautiful room which was very clean.
