“Great experience”
I stayed at this property in June with my family.. The stay was worth it. The stay was relaxing and breakfast was extremely good also great location to visit viewpoints. In addition, Karen and Andy were very helpful and kind. I wish I can come back in the future.Best wishes.

“Great value Guest House”
This guest house was a great find. Really good value, room very clean, bed really comfortable, breakfast was great. It’s only a 15-20 minute walk into Bowness. Karen and Andy were very friendly. We definitely recommend Brooklands and hope to return.

“Great find and perfect guesthouse”
We stayed at Brooklands while visiting family and had a lovely time there. It’s a perfect guesthouse with plenty of character and the staff there are so welcoming. We will definitely be staying again next time we travel to the Lakes and we will be staying longer when we do.

Lovely traditional B&B. Karen was great. Room was very comfortable with a huge en-suite breakfast is exactly as you would expect location is only a 10min walk to bownes so very close One of the better B&Bs I have stayed in

Stayed at Brooklands with my 12 & 10 year olds for one night prior to a fell race in the area. The owners were lovely, friendly and welcoming.
