“A great place to stay.”
I’m a Best Western Diamond Level member and I was happy to book this hotel on a recent visit to Guatemala City. The hotel was very busy but the staff were friendly and attentive. I’m a Best Western Diamond Level member and I was happy to book this hotel on a recent visit to Guatemala City. The hotel was very busy but the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a salad at the restaurant located on the property , it was fresh and delicious. Our server was Otto, he was new, but he was excellent and our food order served promptly. The room was very clean and modern. We were very pleased and would recommend it to any of our friends. The location is especially good. It is in the heart of Zone 10, central to numerous excellent restaurants, business addresses, and the airport. We loved it and are grateful to the staff for their professional service.

“Nice hotel in Guatemala City”
It was a nice hotel. Room is ok for a short stay and located in a heart of city with plenty of food options and etc. around. Breakfast is truly amazing with a live omelet station. Totally worth the price. Front desk staff could have been more friendlier.

10 minutes far from Guatemala City airport. Very good room and bathroom size. Clean. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Stable internet connection. Fixed showerhead, rainfall (no handheld showerhead). Power socket type B. Available in the room: hairdryer, iron/iron board, safe, power supply socket with usb type 2.1A on the side of the bed (power supply adapter needed for EU travellers if no usb devices). Amenities: shower gel and cream, soap. NO minibar/fridge. Complimentary coffee/camomile, water. TV: unable to use it even following the instructions. Staff very kind. Good breakfast from 6am, check-out 1pm. Vegetarian friendly options.
