Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Boutique Accommodation - Excellent Location”
Appears like a converted family home, which has all the expectations that you would have from a hotel. We arrived late and the check in was made simple, after that if felt like we had the place to ourselves. Excellent location and the building feels like it must have lots of stories to tell, dating… more

For the price, the location is great. There isn't breakfast FYI, which is fine with me. The air-conditioning work… more

I booked this hotel because of its central location amongst the historical sites/attractions. It was merely a couple blocks from The Pantheon, Piazza Navona was the opposite directly less than a half mile walk away. Only a short walk from Pantheon was the fountain of Trevi and little beyond that ar… more
