“Great location”
The hotel is near the metro station, banks, convenience stores, shopping centers, and restaurants. Since we like taking long walks, we went by foot to Harajuku, Tokyo Tower, Shibuya Crossing etc The room was small but very comfortable. The staff was very nice as well.

“Near Metro”
Great location, staff are very professional and polite. Rooms are very small, comfortable and bathroom are clean and decent size with all the amenities. Breakfast was OK, I guess they used the service of the Thai Restaurant next to them for breakfast. Centrally locate.

“Good location in Roppongi for conveniences”
Having just come from Grand Hyatt Tokyo, it was a "downsize" but for one night it was fine. During Check in it had to be 3 PM and many luggages were sitting in lobby. Counter Ladies were very nice and friendly and had to use Google Translator at times. We were lucky to be in larger room for 3 peop… more

“OK stay”
After coming from Hyatt Place Kyoto. This was such a downgrade. Two single bed and room hardly have place to walk and keep luggage especially if you have big luggage.
