What a beautiful hotel. Staff are wonderful from the moment you enter the building. The room was clean and had everything you need( free safe with was brilliant) a kettle would be useful. General wear and tear but no issue to us. The hotel gardens were just immaculate, they work so hard to keep it in that condition. The pool was lovely and clean but absolutely freezing and the only thing that was bad about the hotel. (A suggestion to the hotel would be to have it heated in the colder months) The kid’s entertainment was brilliant, they do so much for the kids, even Halloween decorations all over the hotel, just these little touches is what made it stand out to us. In terms of the food, we only went in the restaurant one day, food was nice but needs to cater more for vegetarians and vegans.

“Great family beach holiday place”

Amazing value for money. The beach is very close and it is beautiful. Very nice and big pool. Food is good but the restaurant gets very loud and crowded. The shows at night are always nice. Beds are unfortunately not very comfortable. Overall a great family place.

Stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter for a 5 night, half term self catering break. Everything was of a high standard, the staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the main pool and reception was well decorated for Halloween, staff put in a lot of effort. The room had a balcony, large bathroom with a great shower. Kitchen area had a toaster, coffee pot, pans ( no kettle), 2 ring hob and microwave. Beds were comfy, 2 large wardrobes, (but not a lot of shelves) and a free safe. There is a lot if street noise, but it is a busy resort, even in late October. The pools were clean and large, but cold. The indoor pool was small but great to use, but did get a bit overcrowded. Great place to stay, handy for everything and close to a fab beach. Would visit again.

Arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The reception area is lovely and clean. Check in was easy, and I was impressed that you are given a bracelet which contains a chip which is also your room key - so no need to actually carry a key or card - simply use the bracelet against the door lock to open it. I’ve never seen this before, but with 3 of us in the room, it meant that none of us had to carry a key anywhere. The room itself was nice, but some signs of wear and tear, but that didn’t bother us. The pool was cold, but nice and clean, with plenty of loungers around the pool. We booked room only, but upgraded to all inclusive on check in as they had an offer, which worked out at around 40 euro per day. There is an onsite restaurant, with in door and out door seating. An evening bar and a poolside bar - all serving drinks all day and night. The hotel is a 1 min walk to the beach, and really well located. As a family, we all really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back. It’s less than a 30 min walk to the old town, so no real need to hire a vehicle. The only negative, is that on the first night we went to the restaurant, we asked a member of the catering team which foods contained gluten (we had one person who had an allergy). The member of staff wasn’t at all helpful, but we realised that above each plate of food there was a QR code. We scanned the code and it took us to a list of ingredients, so we were happy we could work out what ingredients were in each dish. On the final night, one of the chefs saw us scanning the code and told us we couldn’t rely on the codes to be accurate. This worried us - if the codes arnt accurate, why use them? Luckily we didn’t have a severe allergy, but this could be a major issue to someone. Please make it clear what ingredients are in each dish. Aside from this, our stay was great and we would go back again.
