“Great stay and nice owners”

The hotel has new owners and they are doing really great. The room is spacious enough, good bathroom with bidet and hairdryer, soap and shampoo to take a shower. In the room you find as well coffee machine and kettle, a bottle of water and some biscuits. There is as well a small fridge in the room.… more

The hotel has new owners and they are doing really great. The room is spacious enough, good bathroom with bidet and hairdryer, soap and shampoo to take a shower. In the room you find as well coffee machine and kettle, a bottle of water and some biscuits. There is as well a small fridge in the room. Bed sheets are very white and clean, towels are big and soft. Well located near the railway station or a stop of vaporetto. City center is not so far away. Bars, pizza, wine shop are only 200 meters away. I want to praise Soledad and other owners for their service, attitude, smile. Always ready to help, to answer the questions and to find the suitable solution even before and after check in and check out. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel and to get acquainted Soledad, Stefano and Isabel.

The place look new, room & bathroom clean & big, beds comfortable, we also had a view to a cannel. The hotel entrance is at the far corner of a courtyard that is a bit hidden from the main street, so use google map or similar app to find it. There is a lot of restaurant around the place, so you don't need to go far for dinner. It's a good place to stay for few days except that its Venice, so it's expensive every ware

I made a reservation because It was relatively cheap in high priced Venice and hotel is located on foot from the station. However, I still felt a little far because of the complexity of the streets of Venice. The staff were not resident for B & B, and there were 4 keys (gate key, stairs key, room key, one unknown) security was very strict. The room was sunny and airy, but the room is a little narrow with minimal amenities. I think the room is clean, but I was worried that there were a few small flies in the bathroom. Breakfast is not included. 相場の高いベニスで比較的安く、駅から徒歩圏ということで予約しました。しかしそれでもベニスの街中は入り組んでいるため若干遠く感じました。B＆Bのためスタッフは常駐しておらず、鍵も４つあり（門の鍵、階段の鍵、部屋の鍵、一つは不明）セキュリティはとても厳重でした。部屋も日当たりがよく風通しの良い部屋でしたが、若干狭くアメニティも必要最低限です。部屋は清潔だと思いますが、バスルームにコバエが数匹いたのが気になりました。朝食は付いていません。
