“Love the location, staff very friendly, Room was lovely, Need 24 hr maintenance staff”

The hotel is very clean, beds very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. This is very nice hotel, location is perfect for walking around the beautiful town of East Aurora and surrounding community. This was our second visit to this hotel. The only negative: NO HOT WATER for two days. Taking shower with cold water was challenging. This seemed to be a issue with others staying over the weekend When inquiring at the front desk the staff informed me that they were aware of the situation however the hotel policy was to not have maintenance on the weekends. This hotel was full on Saturday night. They did offer a 20% discount for two nights. The hotel needs to address their policy NO HOT WATER is a huge deterrent

“Overall great Hampton Inn!”
Just a quick stop overnight but no negatives to even consider, and I do find them! Great location, quiet, easy checkin, kind staff & guests, EV charger, fresh breakfast and a lovely small town. Small comment to note is the window “screen” can be seen through from the outside if lights are on. 😉

“Pleasant and comfortable hotel.”
Very pleasant room. We've stayed here before and they have redecorated - and I think they haven't finished! We had a suite and the outer room was so bland and boring - nothing on the walls, only a sofa and a desk. Everything looks very new. But we liked the hotel and would recommend it.

This is a great location but beware if you're staying with someone you don't want seeing you in the shower. They put these new barn doors on the bathroom door that, when closed, have a large gap on one side and you can see straight through into the bathroom. There's no privacy and through the bathr… Více
This is a great location but beware if you're staying with someone you don't want seeing you in the shower. They put these new barn doors on the bathroom door that, when closed, have a large gap on one side and you can see straight through into the bathroom. There's no privacy and through the bathroom mirror can see the person in the shower. It's a horrible design. In addition, the bathroom door does not lock. What were they thinking? Just a heads up. Now you know!
