“Fantastic 2 night break”
Fantastic 2 night stay here. Fab bedroom with lovely views from the 2 windows. The bed was very comfortable and all that you needed was in the room. “Just lovely”
Stopped in for a quick drink after an evening walk. Great pub, so cosy with a good selection of drinks and really welcoming staff. “Hearty food and friendly welcome ”
Always an enjoyable experience. Warm and friendly service with superb hearty food - the chicken pie, recommended by Sam, was absolutely delicious. “Warm welcome on a chilly July evening”
Lovely warm welcome on a chilly, damp day. Our food was delicious - burger, sea bass and a portion of chips (our son is a connoisseur and they got a big thumbs up!!) Huge portions of Rocky Road to take away which was lovely and not too sweet. Our first meal there but certainly not our last.
