“magnificent”

i can't say enough nice things about our time at schwarzschmied... incredible friendly and efficient. the food is delicious. the yoga was spot on. lana is absolutely charming. our room was a DREAM. i have a stressy job - within 24 hours i was completely at ease.

Just spend a day during my business trip and stoped for a night in this lovely wellness hotel. Although I could not enjoy the facilities, but the hotel, staff, breakfast, bar, restaurant was providing all services and quality, for all needs.

“Big Hotel - Pet friendly - No heating ”

We spent three night in the hotel, including half board. The food was really good and we would recommend the half-board. We spent three night in the hotel, including half board. The food was really good and we would recommend the half-board. The service was somewhat mixed, the service personnel would e.g. not ask you whether you wanted a 2nd glass of wine or more water, unless you told them so. The massages in the Spa were really excellent, better than we had at other places. We did not mind the few pets in the hotel, however, when pet owner go out with their dogs and let them do their business right in front of the sauna visitors, then this should be avoided. The rooms were all open with the shower in the room - without door. Very stylish, however, we did not find this so practical. There was no heating in the room and this could not be changed, even when there is a sudden temperature change and we felt it was cold in the room. By trying to put on the heater in the open bathroom (in vain) we also found old socks from a previous client - not so nice. All in all, we found it was too expensive for the service offered.
