“Quirky”
Really enjoyed staying here once i had managed to get in through electric gates Room was fabulous huge and very comfortable. House was old and full of interesting things. Lovely breakfast and interesting owner. Lovely to talk too

“Fantastic”
Wonderful hospitality can't do enough for you. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome. Tucked into a small part of Devon is this beautiful place. Would I recommend... absolutely for a complete getaway in the calm and tranquil Devon countryside. I hope I get a chance to return

If you are looking for a place to stay near Exeter,you need to check out Culm Vale first to see if it is available as this place is fabulous. “Beautiful Country Home!”
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Culm Vale, a beautiful Victorian family home. The furnishings and family history were really interesting. Rebecca, our host, was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and suggested two great places to have dinner - Stoke Canon Pub and Ruffwell Inn… lisää

“good place to break the journey between West Country and rest of UK”
Lovely large house with huge bedroom - shared a bathroom but that did not cause any dramas. Great cooked breakfast. Friendly and helpful owners. If arriving by car then drive up to the gate which will open automatically.
