My son in law booked two double rooms, one for my husband and I and one for themselves..... the room are decorated to a high standard by are still very homely with lots of little touches that make you stay relaxing and special, it's spotlessly clean! “Excellent value B and B outside Lincoln”
Spent three days in Lincoln and shared a twin room at the Gables guest house. Room was spotless and well decorated, breakfast was superb and a varied choice offered. I couldn't believe how reasonably priced our stay was. Given a discount for staying three nights.

“Lovely place to stay”
A lovely place to stay . Was made to felt really welcome . Breakfast was great . Parking was good . On the main bus route so you don't have to take the car into Lincoln. Room was clean and tidy spacious. Would highly recommend

“Good to be back.”
It has been a few years since our last visit to Lincoln and to stay at the Gables. It was as if we had never been away!
