Stayed for one night the place was very clean and tidy and the staff were excellent rooms were lovely and clean and had a great night sleep the steam room and sauna was out of order which was disapointing but the hot tub and pool were open uintil 8 the breakfast wasn't the greatest but filled a hole if I had to make any sort of comment it would be that there was not enough bins around but that obviously wasn't a big deal just an observation but we will be back next time we're in Newquay

“Lovely location, friendly, helpful staff”

Stayed at The Atlantic Hotel for 2 nights over New Year’s Eve and we had a lovely stay. The hotel contacted us a few days prior to advise lift was out of order and moved us to a poolside room as my husband couldn’t manage the stairs. Although it was close to the hotel it was a bit of a struggle for my husband but he managed it. On arrival Phil on reception went above and beyond to help get us settled into a suitable room - he was brilliant! Our room was very spacious and dog friendly and a lovely touch of there being a dog bed, water bowl, ball, dog treats and poo bags supplied. Very large room and a very comfortable bed. Large bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower and 2 sinks. There was a masquerade ball on New Year’s Eve which the hotel dressed the function room beautifully - we weren’t part of the party but was lovely see all the guests - we sat in the reception area and enjoyed the music from there when we got back after our meal out. Breakfast was lovely , very tasty and plenty of options. The hotel is in an amazing location - there is parking - a little bit tight and I could only see 2 disabled spaces but there is a car park opposite. All the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Special mention to Jess too - very helpful and friendly. The reception area, staircase and lounge rooms are all very lovely. We used the swimming pool … a little bit cool but not too bad and the jacuzzi was lovely and hot… only a small pool area but sufficient. An enjoyable 2 night break at The Atlantic Hotel.
