“Couldn't be better”

I stayed there for 5 nights in June 2012. A VERY GOOD place to stay.The B&B is small, just 3 brightly decorated rooms but very clean each with bath and air con,- 5 mins from the station.and on the bus stop from the airport. There is a kitchen and big fridge as an added advantage. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. Left luggage no problem for afternoon flight. A great place as a base for travelling to the other places in Tuscany. Also it is not far from the tower. Good value for money. There was a mistake in my booking for one night ( he was full) but the owner found another accommodation and even covered the difference. You can't get better than that!!!!

“Unforgettable”

We were here at May 2011. When we arrived nobody waited us, we were a little bit afraid but after a few minutes later arrived a nice italian man, who showed us our room. It was the blue room,was nice and clean. The owner was funny and really kind man, he helped us, gave useful advices where to go, what to eat.. The first day we have discovered the leaning tower (15 min.), the next days we visited Florence, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Viareggio by train. The train station was extremely close. The breakfast was fine, and every morning we ate fresh cakes. The owner was the most kindest for me, he surprised us with a bottle of local wine :) I would definitely stay here again!!!

“Guesthouse Statione Centrale”

Location was excellent.Only a few minutes from the bus and railway station and 5mins from the airport..We were first disappointed, as we were directed to a door of a block of flats.We had to phone the owner who was at the supermarket ,but who came within 10mins.However,when we stepped in, the place was nice although very dim.The energy saving bulbs took a while to get bright and there were a few out!!Juliano the landlord was very helpful and gave us many good tips,places to eat,visit etc.There was alot of work going on inside the building and it was very noisy during the day.Luckily we weren't in our room much.There was only enough room to walk around the bed and that was it.The bathroom was spacious and was clean.The shower cubicle wasn't great as it kept coming off the rail.There was no toilet roll holder only 2 rods sticking out the wall to put them on!We were there 4days and no-one changed towels or cleaned.There was a communal area to sit,which had 2 barber chairs??(I think this must be for off peak season so it can double up as a barber shop!!) There were kitchen facilities if you wanted to cook yourself.There were another 2 rooms which saw various people come and go.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pisa and if you are looking for a cheap getaway and don't expect too much then this is for you!
