I reached to this hotel late at night, I saw no one at the reception accept a paper written on it my name and my room number with the key of the room, and all the instructions that I need. I deeply love this hotel and it's staff. I reached to this hotel late at night, I saw no one at the reception accept a paper written on it my name and my room number with the key of the room, and all the instructions that I need. I was so happy for this organized assistance. Next day in the morning there was so good breakfast with wonderful service from all the staff members. Thanks a lot for Hotel Palacký and I love this hotel.

“Hotel Palacky”

A beautiful historical building. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi. The bathroom had everything you need. The hotel is in the center of the city, in the main street, despite that, a very quiet and pleasant street. The room is nicely furnished and has all the basic facilities.

the bedroom room we given was very big contained a 3 piece 2 easy chairs a tv ( channels not good ) a large bed 2 wardrobes and a balcony . the bedroom room we given was very big contained a 3 piece 2 easy chairs a tv ( channels not good ) a large bed 2 wardrobes and a balcony . The bathroom large as well with a bath shower bidet toilet sink and mirror . the reception only open 8am to 5 pm but not manned all the time the keys were the very large old fashion type so had to leave at the desk when going out one day we went back in the afternoon our key was still on the reception desk for anyone to pick up The hotel has an outside river side restaurant but this so they told us was let to a company Barons nothing to do with the hotel but they used the kitchen inside the hotel as all the customer were allowed to use the hotel toilets by the reception and they had a lot of custom as it was a nice spot on the river we used the outside restaurant once and asked if there was a discount for hotel residents the waiter 1 of 2 said no the hotel is operated differently 1 waiter was very good the other very poor and rude got back after 8pm asked for a beer he said no unless you eat Again thought let down by BOOKING .COM our request for high floor but again not a waste of time making requests also it said dinners at the hotel were 12 euros but not the only place they do dinners is outside cost 22 euros ( average)
