“Worth checking out”
The rooms are really nice and homey. The 3/4 mile hanging boardwalk to the beach makes for a nice walk or trolley ride. “Exceptional Naples Grande Resort”
The room was exceptional, best sleep ever in a hotel. Only complaint was the style of the room, a bit out dated but very clean and spacious. Gorgeous resort and location with free tram to beach, free towel and lounge chairs everywhere on the property. Overall experience EXCELLENT!

“I wish our stay was better”
The resort has the potential to be lovely but their standards of staff and rooms were lesser than for the price per night charged was over $700. The rooms were tired and could use a freshening. The front desk was inexperienced and had nose piercings. It left a bad impression.

“Good hotel...but could be better.”
great location, but rooms desperately need upgrade. The staff are amazing. They take great pride in wha they do. Food was great. This hotel was not worth the money in my humble opinion. The rooms need to step out of the 90's. Attention to detail is missing.
