“Stay with colleagues”
Was in Auckland for work with colleagues and we booked and stayed at the Mövenpick and was great. The rooms were well appointed and the stay were very helpful and the amenities are great as well

“Good hotel in the city”
Compact but clean and comfortable down town hotel. Bathroom was tightly packed but shower head had excellent water pressure and soothing on tired body. “Very nice hotel”
Great location. Great staff. We arrived early and left baggage at the reception. Very good view of the harbor area from 13th floor restaurant. We had drinks and appetizers there. The wait staff were welcoming and nice. Hotel is somewhat old. However was comfortable.

This hotel comes out as a bit pretentious and aspirational and as such overpriced. It is fantastically located Downtown Auckland so position wise it is extraordinarily great.
