“Excellent Service”
Due to unfortunate circumstances we have needed a place to stay in Melbourne for my daughters treatment. I cannot fault the staff they are all helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are spacious with all you need for a self contained apartment.

“Support this Hotel!!”
We have stayed at the Mantra On the Park last year and have never been disappointed. It's so accessible and close to everything. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the cost is quite reasonable. We have stayed at the Mantra On the Park last year and have never been disappointed. It's so accessible and close to everything. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the cost is quite reasonable. However, it's in light of our recent cancellation due to COVID 19 that we are writing. Despite us booking an advance no-refund fare, we received an email stating that due to the current situation, Mantra Hotels were allowing cancellations of all bookings, regardless of situation. What a wonderful gesture to support the community. As soon at the crisis passes we will be attending regularly and we encourage others to do the same.

“Great location”
Love staying here, easy access to public transport and the shops in the city. Close to the gardens, Museum and Exhibition Buildings and anything else you want to do. Management and staff were excellent.

“Great beds”
Bit late with this review. We stayed on a Sunday night after seeing Elton John, in a 2br park view room. Booked early so had a good price for 3 people. Bit late with this review. We stayed on a Sunday night after seeing Elton John, in a 2br park view room. Booked early so had a good price for 3 people. The room could do with a bit of updating but the bathrooms had been renovated. Both bathrooms were very nice, with places to put your clothes and toiletries. The shower was lovely with an even temp. The master bedroom had an ensuite but I was disappointed it didnt have a tv for our friend in that room. The other room had 2 single beds. They were VERY comfortable. Not too hard or too soft, a nice change. The kitchen was nice and there was a dining table with enough space to move around. It was fantastic having a carpark right at the property. Unfortunately, the noise from the street all those floors below, was very noticeable. And the roads werent even that busy. Even with ear plugs in. This is good value for money accommodation, spacious and clean, with the bonus of onsite parking BUT Id have to double think staying again with the street noise, but I am a light sleeper.

For me this is one of the very good Hotel I did checked in for accommodation here in Australia. I feel so at home and the staff here are all friendly and accommodating. The staff in the reception are very friendly and approachable. The housekeeping are also good and the staff are all kind. And I also love the room I stayed in which have very good view outside the balcony. The location are very accessible to all.
