On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

This is a family run hotel and has all of the benefits that come with such a business. Ultimately, it is a 3 star hotel but there are a lot of little touches that I noticed. simple, friendly, basic family owned hotel, nothing fancy but SO helpful equipe, comfortable rooms, SUPER showers, idyllic views and a surprisingly good restaurant attached for an escape what more does one need>>

Half decent hotel, basic 1970,s style, situated on the beach/sand dunes, quiet. Towels not replaced on a daily basis.
