“Paulette is the BEST”
Paulette in the restaurant gave us the BEST service I’ve ever received, she was the sweetest and helped us so much, whenever we had some sort of issue she was there to fix it and make the experience even better, if you go here ask for Paulette to serve you

“Shout out to Paulette!”
Paulette was an absolute gem as a waitress!!! She made my team and I have such a lovely time at the restaurant for a week and was always such great service Would recommend 100% Room were also always spot on everyday coming back to my room Thank you!

“Paulette a huge credit to this hotel”
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I just want to say Paulette is a huge credit to this hotel, she made our stay a pleasure and her service was exceptional. She has the kindest smile and her demeanour towards us was touching. We will stay here again just because of her.

“Sat in the restaurant alone for a 2 course meal and I couldn’t fault the service or their pace”
Paulette is probably the nicest server I have had in all of my 40 years I sat on my own and sometimes servers either are too much or leave you alone but Paulette got it just right 100/100 a smile really does go along way!! Definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant

“Great food and restaurant”
Dined here with family for a Groupon offer of a 3 course meal for 4 people. Great food, and great offer. Beautiful restaurant. Fantastic quality of food. Received a warm welcome and great service from Paulette and Silika too. They are a credit to your company.
