“clean and comfy”

Lovely nights sleep on a nice fiirm bed. Attentive housekeeper. Place is old but very clean. The owners are quick to remedy any problems. I would highly recommend the place to any traveler.Bonus, the Grand River is in the back yard!

THe RIverview Motel is very old, but kept very clean. The concrete walls make it sound proof. Outside our window was the river - very picturesque. There was a little kitchenette area with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The place was very quiet. THe air conditioning worked well.

I'm familiar with Dunnville and we needed a place to stay for the night. We were greeted in safe covid conditions. Front desk was friendly. Although the motel is dated, some amenities have been refreshed, like the sheets and towels. View is pretty from the room and it looks like you can have a fire outside if you like. Room for parking and restaurants near by. I didn't see an ice machine. Heat and water worked well. It's a budget motel with a mid-range price. Housecleaning came promptly at 11am for checkout.

We were in the area and had to stay overnight. This older motel was close so we booked it. It is a clean, well kept motel on the main street with lots of parking. There was a full size fridge, small microwave and small 4 cup coffee maker in the room. A large flat screen TV was also there. Two double beds and a quiet air conditioner were welcome but there was no where to hang clothes as the fridge took up the space for the clothing rod. The motel is nothing special except it is on the Grand River and there are picnic tables and a BBQ at the back. Too bad the rooms face the parking lot as the pretty view cannot be seen from the rooms.
