“It has seen better days”
This hotel claims four stars, maybe that was correct when it opened but not any more. The hotel is located on the lower floors of an office building and is not too easy to locate but the staff were pleasant and spoke some English. “This hotel would not meet the Western standard”
The room was full of the cigarette smell. We did not have a choice to pick a non- smoking room and the room service did not use any air freshener. We had to open the window to air out the room.
