“Excellent hotel in Barcelona”

Beautiful gem of a hotel in a convenient location; just down the street from Casa Batlló. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and sites. Our room was so spacious, with huge area, bench and closet for clothes/ storage. View of lovely garden courtyard. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed delicious food and refreshing cocktails with gorgeous sunset views at their rooftop bar/ restaurant.

great location, one block walk to see a couple of Gaudi's famous buildings, also to the Metro Passeig de Gracia which goes to the Sagrada Familia. Lovely friendly attentive staff, extremely comfortable quiet room. had a beer on the rooftop bar and we could see one of Gaudi's buildings down the street. I am a huge Gaudi fan, that's why we chose this location.

“Great location near Casa Mila.”

We stayed here for 4 days, the hotel is located in the city centre near upscale shops, restaurants and 2 blocks from Casa Mila. We had a large room, with a terrace overlooking the street on the top floor. The terrace was quite large with lounge chairs and a small table. Nice size bedroom and a large bathroom, although we had problems with the shower drain and had to call the front desk to unclog it. Also, the shower door is not designed correctly and water floods out on to the bathroom floor. There were power blinds, however one was not working properly. The breakfast was average, not too much selection and very busy and was at capacity. There is no real restaurant on-site, only the roof top bar, which has light food and drinks, see below. There is a pool on the roof, although very small and unheated, almost too cold to be in for more than 5 mins. A small lounge area next to the pool, I was surprised that it was not busy as there are only a few chairs. One thing to be aware of, the rooftop bar is a popular spot and gets busy, because of the views it offers. They hold private parties there too and we were not allowed to sit in certain areas and it was loud and crowded. Positives: Great location, friendly service Negative: Breakfast could be better and rooftop bar bar is noisy and crowded.
