“Front desk people were super kind and set the stage for a great stay.”
The front desk service at this hotel was an 11/10. Jennifer, Moises, and Kya, gave me restaurant suggestions that were family friendly and delicious. Incredible hotel, in the perfect location just off Boston common. The hotel is immaculate, breakfast is delicious & it’s perfectly located for a weekend shopping & site seeing in Boston. Would 100% recommend & will definitely be back soon!

“Outstanding”
Richard and Moises 5 stars give them a raise!!! They were extremely helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable! We love this hotel - even though we solve around the area it felt like a vacation. Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful hotel.

“Great staff”
Staff was really nice especially, Ranjan, who helped get my family some ice when the ice machine was broke on our floor. The lobby and rooms are spacious, snd the interior of the hotel looks great. It is also in a fantastic place in Boston. Thank Ranjan for helping again.
