We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I really don't have any complaints. Room was spaces and clean. The hotel has a parking about 50 m away. The breakfast was delicious. The only two things you need to be aware of is that there is a pond that belongs to the hotel and there are frogs in it that make noise in the night. But they are not loud or annoying. And the dining room is a bit on the small side, so it can happen that all the tables are full. But people rotate quickly so it is really not a problem.

“Perfect accommodations in storybook town”

Stayed there in late April 2018 (3 nights) in town for a family wedding. Guests were traveling from USA, Canada, & Japan. Our group had about five rooms, and everyone was delighted with the hotel. Fiest of all it is enjoyable, clean and modern. The staff, particularly front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. One member found a commercial laundry for me and another helped mt book a ticket on the national railway online which was frustratingly overcomplex. He also called my onward hotel to check their operating hours. This same staff member also served us drinks as we gathered before leaving for the ceremony. The included breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods, basically almost anything you could imagine for a western meal at a relaxed pace with a beautiful setting. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The bathrooms were quite ample. There is also convenient shared space in the lobby. The town itself is charming and highly recommended as a vacation place to experience local Austrian life. I suggest if you can't find a good place to eat as one commented, ask the staff, we found some excellent restaurants at very reasonable prices within walking distance of the hotel. I am looking forward to returning to the town and hotel and bringing my family. Oustanding experience, I'm so glad that my new sister-in-law chose it, and she's a smart young lady (Ph.D.)

“Nice hotel”

We stayed just for one night. I can say, room and bathroom were comfortable, clean and big enough. Breakfast was delicious. Parking is free and staff was very friendly. We have no bad experiences in this hotel. We highly recommend it to all, who stopped on their way for one (or more) night.

“Modern and efficient”

St. Veit's best hotel - and modern, new and efficient. Pool outdoors ! Location downtown. Good buffet breakfast. Car park in front. Very nice and smiling restaurant service. Not cosy at all. Shower: water temperature not constant!
