Just in front of the the park in a very central location, besides the shopping center and not far away from the train and bus station, easy to manage and walking around the historic town. Rooms have the proper amplitude and everything clean and comfortable, aircon just in case is needed and nice breakfast. The bar is specially nice and the staff very friendly.

“not a nice room sadly”

“Ok for short stay. Extra money for "superior room" wasn't worth it.”

I stayed in the "superior" room for one week during a conference and the room was large with king bed plus a sofa that pulls out into a bed which was useful when I had a friend join me for a couple of nights. The location is pretty good, right in the shopping district and less than a mile walk (or short cab ride) from the entertainment district and train station. The room's bathroom was pretty terrible. Full pro's/cons below. Pros: The room was large, had a nice view and the bed and bedding was comfortable. The hotel staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with a lot of different options. I had access to the executive lounge which was nice to have but didn't use it much. Cons: The room's bathroom was VERY cramped and dated: There was no fan and the mirror would fog so bad after a shower it was unusable for an hour. The toilet often required multiple flushes and there was no cleaning brush making it awkward for guests to use (not to mention no fan to remove smell). The shower floor was extremely slippery. I slipped several times getting out, but thankfully didn't fall. Because there was no air circulation in the bathroom, I needed fresh towels every day because they never dried. The room wall heater/AC unit is *extremely* noisy and would cycle on/off all night long making it difficult to get a full nights sleep. I wound up sleeping with ear plugs. The inside windows in the room open, but there are sealed windows on the other side, making it impossible to get fresh air. The weather was nice when I was there, so it would have been nice to crack a window and air the room out. After a few days without fresh air, the room started to smell funky and feel pretty claustrophobic. The wardrobe/closet is completely open and faces the front door, which is not great when you have guests and the first thing they see when entering the room is all your stuff. One of the 3 elevators was not working during my stay, making for extremely long wait times for the elevators during a busy conference and were jam-packed during peak hours. I waited up to 10 minutes for the elevator at times. Maybe not be a big deal if I wasn't on the 10th floor! Conclusion: Overall this is pretty much an average Marriott brand business hotel. I'd give the room 3 stars (minus one for the window and noisy heater). The room's bathroom really doesn't even deserve 1 star, it was too small, in need of renovation and there was no air circulation (combined with no fresh air in the main room). Staff and service were for the most part very friendly: 4 stars. Not sure I'd stay here again unless I was able to get a room with a working window, quieter heater and bigger, renovated bathroom. It's probably fine for a few nights, but definitely not for a week!
