Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a power outage (due to unseasonably severe weather) in the general area and the manager and reception staff were very proactive in contacting the electricity supplier to get the problem rectified. They kept us updated with the progress and power was restored within the hour. Rooms were spacious and cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was a good variety of bread, cold meats, cheese, fruit and cereal. Drinks included tea, coffee, water, juice and milk. Location was very central. 15 minute walk to Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral and only 5 minute walk to the impressive Plaza de España. If I ever return to Seville, I will be staying here again.

We asked to move rooms as the first one had exceptionally poor sound proofing and we could hear almost everything happening in the room next door. The people weren’t being noisy but every sound carried straight through the wall. The receptionist first claimed that all Spanish hotels had walls like paper, which we know isn’t true, but he upgraded us to another room which was OK but the drain smell in the bathroom was vile. We didn’t raise it with the hotel as we’d asked to move once and we doubted there was much they could do about the drains. The hotel is in a good location in Seville and the sky bar was lovely but expensive. Breakfast was good and our second room was comfortable. We stayed an additional night due to a red weather alert at our destination, so we were glad to be safe in the hotel.

Hotel has good location and facility. However, two things really disappointed me. 1) Unexpected parking availability. We booked online making sure there would be onsite parking however it didn’t state that the space is only for small car while we had a mid-size car. The reception turned us away to a garage that’s 9 minutes’ walk away but I found one across the street for just 4 minutes. 2) Breakfast is awful that there’s no egg at all. Quite a lot of processed meat and unhealthy sweet pastries though.
