“Pleasant weekend stay”
Central location right by the Train station. Good service at the reception. Great breakfast and evening meal. Average Fika but a splendid stay altogether. Utilized the sauna and jacuzzi, but only for a,limited time - Could have been improved

“Awesome service and location”
We were extremely well taken care of with staff meeting all of our needs with extra beds and linen. We were charged a bit more than we received in the room, but they made sure to take it off the bill. We payed 3 800 SEK for two nights in a superior room and an extra bed. “Good hotel in Karlstad”
Best location, closer to Bus & Train stations & Market. Talkative & helpful reception staffs. Price includes Breakfast & Dinner. Sauna timing can be little longer (closes at 10 pm), also towels can be added in Sauna room.

“Great, but a sauna bedroom.”
The hotel is very nice, so is the staff. The breakfast is stunning! They loose a star from me, because the room is so hot and bad air. The windows is unable to open because of the location of the room. It’s a termostat in the room, that dont make any differance.
