On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“the staff & rooms”
the stuff was very friendly and kind. helpful all the time if something was missing in the room. the breakfast was very tasty, everyone can find something for eat. the rooms are big, spacious and clean.

“Nice hotel”
Stayed here for a week nice clean hotel breakfast was good we used this hotel as a base to visit Naples and suronding areas Pompeii etc was ideal as train station was only a 20 min walk away and they ran on time ,,, but very busy at peak times
