Pro’s Exceptionally clean,Pool area,Bedrooms,grounds and main areas were absolutely spotless. Staff,very friendly,helpful and great at their jobs, Position,beautiful views,nice walk to beach and close to shops,restaurants. Con’s Food although very fresh and well cooked was a little repetitive, Steps,for most people the steps would be no problem but due to my health I struggled a bit with them,however the pool area and bar etc was well worth the effort up and down, Overall a fantastic holiday will return.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The staff were very accommodating and arranged our transport to and from the airport. There was slight confusion when we tried to pay in cash on arrival but this was resolved. The room was clean and tidy and made-up every day. The package included all our drinks and there were plenty of options Lager (Estrella) Sangria Soft drinks Cocktails The food was very good. There was always a good selection and variety. We stayed for five days and apart from breakfast (which was always the same) there were different food options each day. We didn’t feel the need to eat out as the food was great! The music by the pool was perhaps a bit too loud in the morning but tended to calm down in the afternoon. There was never an issue getting a sun-bed. There are activities in the morning which was nice and the reps are enthusiastic and engaging. You are given plastic cups when you first get a drink and keep these for the duration of the visit. We didn’t mind this as they are cleaned after each use and it means there aren’t empty cups around the hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!

“Decent without being remarkable”

I enjoyed my weeks holiday at Calas Park. Reliable enough 3 star. Lacked a few minor amenities that I might have expected but by no way were they spoilers. I enjoyed my weeks holiday at Calas Park. Reliable enough 3 star. Lacked a few minor amenities that I might have expected but by no way were they spoilers. Food was a struggle though and I'm not picky! Quality was about satisfactory but really poor variety....pretty much the same everyday. Drinks weren't great, Estrella beer was encouraging but was nearly always flat when poured (bought cans from the nearby shop in the end), limited range of spirits.....plus I noticed one particular barman more than once didn't wash his hands after using the toilet and went straight back to serving drinks!....I'm sure that happens in a lot of bars though it's just that I happened to see it! Staff were hardworking and courteous, animation team quite good and they were great with kids. The hotel is very clean including the rooms and pool areas. You're issued with a single plastic drinking cup which you hang on to all week and take it up to the bar with you to get rinsed out before your next drink. I found that strange but can see the logic to it in that staff aren't constantly collecting glasses. All in all a decent enough place, small touches like a small plastic table for your sun lounger, teacups in the rooms (they let you hire a kettle but don't mention there's no cups!) and a bit more variety with the food and drinks would make a huge difference....oh and there's loads of steps here so if you struggle with mobility it'll be hard work! Good holiday but hotel probably wasn't quite enough to tempt me back, unless there was a good price to be had
