If ten was the best rating you could give a hotel then this amazing place earns a 15. The location is without rival right on the beach and midway between Karon and Kata, both within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with fabulous swimming pools. The greatest strength of this hotel is the staff - from the hotel manager to room attendants everyone is warm, smiling and attentive. There are some utterly wonderful ideas here - the joy we experienced many mornings at breakfast watching the faces of little kids as they returned to their tables with a stick of cotton candy or with a balloon from the kids corner - it made breakfast extra extra special on top,of the excellent buffet. There’s an afternoon sundae with great choices of ice cream served at the cafe each afternoon, a hot dog offering and Mexican food served at separate stations around the hotel. The best thing that saved our holiday was the diligence the staff paid in relation to my friends considerable dietary complications and demands - the floor staff in the breakfast room and dining room were constantly solicitous and the brilliant and gifted chefs made sure all was well. We were quite worried travelling into a situation where we had no control over cooking and food preparation but we were quickly relaxed in the knowledge that hotel staff were as careful as we would be at home. When we arrived there was a lovely floral arrangement on the bed spelling out, ‘ welcome home’ as we were returning guests - yes, it was actually better than being home because someone else washed up. We have left feeling restored, refreshed and relaxed. Do yourself a favour and spend a week at this truly marvellous hotel - enjoy the food, the pools and other activities but above all enjoy the truly great staff.

“Very good experience”

I love my stay in the hotel. Moon an Hong were so welcoming and kind, they make us feel like home. I recommend everyone to come and enjoy this paradise. Even when the weather was not good, I had a very relaxed week, with a very good food. I Will come again.

During my stay, I lost my AirPods and was really worried. Sita from the hotel staff kindly helped me search for them until we found them. Her helpful attitude made a big difference to my stay. The hotel itself was excellent - very clean and well-maintained. All staff members were friendly and professional, making the whole experience very pleasant. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel for both its helpful staff and clean facilities.

“Possibly the best place to stay in Karon Beach.”

Our stay at the Pullman was nothing short of amazing. The place is massive with multiple pools restaurants etc. heaps going on if you want that. Our stay at the Pullman was nothing short of amazing. The place is massive with multiple pools restaurants etc. heaps going on if you want that. Close to Karon Beach main centre for shopping etc. we had a room on the 12 floor overlooking the ocean. Amazing views with balcony, great room with bar fridge, tea coffee, water etc. good bathroom with bathtub. Comfy clean bed. Very quiet at night too. Special mention to all the super friendly staff. They can't do enough for you. In room food service was great too. Very special mention to our daily room cleaners Chompoo, Tang and Patty. They kept our room stocked up and spotless every day. If you need it they will sort it. Definitely return here for a holiday. Some advice. Use a translation app when asking for things as sometimes your request can get lost in translation. Prices are very reasonable too across the resort.
