“Loved this hotel!”

Loved this hotel. Service was amazing and location was perfect. It was easily accessible to restaurants and activities. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Noble at check-in went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

I was a guest at the Alexis Royal Sonesta for one full week. I was traveling solo as my husband has recently passed away and I went to Seattle to celebrate my Birthday. My first interaction was with ZuZu when I called during the week prior to my arrival to notify them I would be arriving late. She was very helpful and suggested that I take a yellow cab as opposed to Uber or Lift from the airport as it is less expensive. She also left a remark on my reservation that I was a solo traveler. I arrived just short of 10:00pm on a Friday. Bryan greeted me at the front desk. He asked if I'd like to enjoy a drink or something to eat while he tended to my check in. My drink was complimentary. I returned to the front desk and Bryan had noted it was my birthday during my stay. He asked if I like surprises. Who doesn't? Well, I wasn't prepared for what Bryan had managed to coordinate. I opened the door to my room and literally started to cry. Happy Tears!!!! He had upgraded me to a massive suite. Beyond words and all for "Me"!!! As if that wasn't enough. On my birthday, he had prepared a bucket of ice with a bottle of Prosecco in it. It was not a hotel issue bottle. He clearly went out of his way to bring that bottle in just for me. But wait. There's more. A lovely hand written note was left as well. Wishing me a lovely birthday and a remark to look in the fridge. There I found beautiful mousse. He had provided two little vials to accompany. One with Sea Salt and the other with carmel, to drizzle over the mousse. Again! This is not hotel issued desert. I was simply beside myself. I still am in fact! Bryan had done all of this on his own accord. I honestly can not remember a time in my life that a human being has made me feel so special. He clearly takes great pride in what he does and has done a superb job of representing The Alexis. Further to my glowing review of Bryan and the accommodations at The Alexis, I wanted to give a very loud and special shout out to both Scott and Robert at the Concierge desk. With each coming and going I was greeted by name. Both of these men show they really really enjoy their roles and take great pride in where they work and what they do. I saw Scott relocating Lime bikes and scooters from away from the entrance to the hotel as well as the fire exit. Both ensuring the entrance was tended to promptly and kept clean. Great job guys! There is a little lounge called the Bookstore off the main lobby. Jonathan and John-Paul were excellent servers and it was really nice to visit with them both over the week of my stay. I ate breakfast once at the Bookstore. Wasn't work a repeat. I had sliders as a light snack. That to was very basic and nothing to write home about. The steak however was Outstanding!!! There are so many places to eat nearby. The Bookstore food has zero reflection of the rating I give for The Alexis. Hands down. Without a doubt. I absolutely recommend The Alexis Hotel.

Amazing service. Stayed 2 nights and couldn't have had a better stay. Our room was upgraded and was great. There was lots of room and a comfortable bed to relax after exploring Pike Place Market, which was just a short walk away. The hotel offered many amenities. We enjoyed the free early morning coffee in the lobby, as well as the free refreshments. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were in Seattle.

“A Gem by the Sound”

The view from our room was gorgeous! We loved watching the ferries travel across the Sound during the day, and the magnificent colors of the Giant Ferris Wheel at night. The room was comfortable, the living room was a great place to watch my team play football without having to brave the cold outs… more

The view from our room was gorgeous! We loved watching the ferries travel across the Sound during the day, and the magnificent colors of the Giant Ferris Wheel at night. The room was comfortable, the living room was a great place to watch my team play football without having to brave the cold outside. It's a perfect location - close to excellent restaurants, Pike Place Market, the Left Bank Bookstore, and the Seattle Art Museum, plus being right on the bus route to other places to visit as well. It was handy to have breakfast downstairs before setting out on our day's activities, and best of all the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, especially Dascha at the Front Desk.
