Family of three stayed for one night. Hotel is very well located and within walking (or short Didi ride) from all the main attractions downtown. The room was spacious and well equipped. Bathroom excellent with separate shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they really struggled with English. Not a problem though. The breakfast was good, but more towards Chinese style, but enough also for Western taste.

Stayed a few days and it was fine. Generally maintained, helpful staff with good English. Air con was a bit hit and miss. Really wide selection on offer at breakfast. Stayed a few days and it was fine. Generally maintained, helpful staff with good English. Air con was a bit hit and miss. Really wide selection on offer at breakfast. The pizza restaurant sold much more beer than pizza as far as I could see and had saloon style double doors were bit unexpected - perhaps more suited to some than the escort bar on the same floor. Leisure facilities were a bit hit and miss with pool not always open as advertised. A bit further south of the main shopping and cultural centres it was close enough to the river to afford pleasant walks to the busier areas of town reasonably safe bet if you don't mind walking or getting taxis.

We were upgraded to the business floor and our rooms were so big we were able to hold a full meeting and conference call with several people in my room and sitting in the "lounge" area. We were upgraded to the business floor and our rooms were so big we were able to hold a full meeting and conference call with several people in my room and sitting in the "lounge" area. We were invited to the cocktail hour where there were some great finger foods and free flow of beer and wines which we all enjoyed. Location is great as you can walk outside to many choices of restaurants and styles (from Spanish to Local). The staff are really friendly and accommodating but the level of English was a surprise as I only met full English speakers in the business floor check in and lounge. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of food available and the ambience was quite nice.
