The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. In the morning, they prepared "personalized" coffee for us, the barista is the best of the best!!! Breakfast is delicious! Compliments to the chef! At the reception, the staff speaks English fluently. The rooms are clean, small, sometimes the air conditioner works, sometimes not so much, in some rooms there is a slightly stale smell. But the price-quality ratio is appropriate. Florence is a fantastic city. In general, I have the most pleasant impressions about the hotel, the staff and the city! I recommend!
