On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

great location, polite and friendly staff willing to answer any of your questions, designed and clean rooms!!!! this is my second time staying at this hotel and i am sure that there will also be third one..!!!

“Clean, quiet, nice location, and a little bit old”
The hotel has very big rooms, clean, very comfortable, with small "trivalent" (not very efficient) fridge and a good bathroom. The hotel maybe need a renovation but still is a good option. The price is good, very good location if you are traveling, just 5 minutes from the highway and good restaura… more

“Great for one night”
We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome. It was a nice place to sleep after a long day of driving. The location is near the highway, which was what we were looking for. Our room was really quiet though. The bed a bit hard.The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast tasted… more
