On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Not palatial but so friendly”
Our flight got cancelled and we called up the Genova Liberty Hotel where we'd been staying. Unfortunately they were out of rooms but offered to ask Soana. “Very good experience”
We stayed here for two nights. Amazing location, everything is very close. The room was clean, AC is available. This place deserve more stars! I recommend it to young couples, who rather spend their money on meals, than on accomodation.

“Very good choice for a city trip”
Great location! Very beautiful building with great view! All Genova is amazing =) Elevator! Like an old one with 2 doors this is the treasure of this building! Very good and clean hotel. Helpful and friendly stuff, Small shower is the one one not comfortable thing, for woman is ok.
