“Pretty average”

Stayed here in June during the World Cup. Staff struggle to speak English which makes communication rather difficult. Facilities are adequate and quiet appropriate for the price! I would not stay here again though as you can do better in other areas of Moscow for the price!

We were staying at the hotel for 4 nights at the first floor. When we entered the hotel we tought that this is a good place to stay. When we got to the room, we were in shock. Even when my husband and I were walking down the hallway it was terrible. Old carpets, wires hanging down the wall, weird smell, dirty walls. We got to our room and saw that you couldn't just shut the door, you have to put the key and lock it. When we saw the bathroom I was in even bigger shock. It was so old, moldy, smelly, the tiles were different, on some parts of the wall the tiles were not even there or they were lifted because of the water or humidity, you have to share one tap between the sink and the bathtub. The room itself was ok, clean, but old furniture, the beds were very uncomfortable, old mattresses and you could feel the bed springs, the pillows were terrible, so old that the stuffing doesn't exist anymore. The breakfast was good, with good offer of food, loved the little traditonal russian "cheese breads", missing the honey (because for me it's a standard food for breakfast). Amazing lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant (chicken soup, quesadillas, burgers, chicken with potato, carbonara etc) and the waiter is very good at his job. The bodyguards at the hotel are very nice and polite. The waiter working at the hotel cafe is very rude and the receptionists are ok but not very helpful and when we came to hotel we felt as if we were not welcome, they didn't smile once. Also the hotel is very far away from the city centre and in a very quiet strange neighborhood. For me this hotel isn't a three star hotel. For me it's poor, but gave it a rating average just because of the food and the cleanliness.

“Average”

The room had an old furniture. The light in the bathroom was not working and I had to fix it myself. The lights in the room are very weak. They didn't change bed sheets at all during my stay. The only positive thing is the wonderful breakfast they serve every morning.

We stay in shereston hotel 3 nights.. This hotel located in quiet area of moscow i recommend if you are looking nearby tourist attraction and city center ....
