My adult daughter and I spent an unforgettable 5 days in the Exclusive suite at Enigma. We echo all the sentiments and kudos of previous reviews and can't thank Chrisa, Lydia and the entire staff for all they did to make our time there so special. Location is close to shops, restaurants and bus station so we had easy access to the black sand beach and Chrisa arranged a Catamaran Cruise which was the highlight of our stay. We consider our Exclusive Jacuzzi Suite the most private of all the rooms there and worth the 90 plus steps to reach it. In spite of its beautiful views comfort and privacy, there are a few details regarding the Exclusive Suite I think are worthy of mention. To reach the first loft bedroom and adjacent hot tub you need to remember to bend your head at the top of the wood stairs or you will smack it against the rock hard curved cave ceiling. I'm 5'2 my daughter 5'6 and we both smacked our heads a few times before getting the hang of it. To reach the second loft bedroom with curved cave ceiling you need to climb steep stone steps. For scale purposes toothbrush in photo is 6 in high. It's a very hard landing if you misstep.. believe me I know. Climbing many steps is a given in Santorini and if you're prepared for it, worth it for all Enigma and the area has to offer. We definitely recommend staying at Enigma and hope this review helps if you're considering the Exclusive Suite. Tip: If you choose the Exclusive Suite check out the path on the other side of the wooden door outside the suite where the donkeys pass each day to see if it allows you to bypass the stairs and get to Street level. We only thought of that possibility after we checked out.

We had the best time and had amazing service during our stay at Enigma Suites. We were treated like royalty!! 😊 Chrisa gave us great recommendations the day we arrived and was always so helpful, even when we locked ourselves out of our room the first night. Everyone was extremely accommodating to us at all times, it made our trip so re-memorable. The bar staff was fun and also helpful. There isn’t anything you guys or your staff can change. “Superb”

The hotel is located at the best spot. It was a bit busy outside with tons of tourists but amazingly super quiet inside. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The waiter who served everyone breakfast worked so hard and friendly. We would love to go back there definitely.

Santorini is beautiful, but Chrisa and her staff had actually the ones who made our time even more special. She is always so nice and helpful from the very beginning, always patient with all the questions and planning we had. Our room and the view was fabulous, needless to say the breakfast sooo yummy and abundant! We will definitely stay here again when we return in future.
