“Fantastic!”

Fantastic-so clean, right on the sea front, very friendly helpful staff, food cheap and deliscious, steps or slope into the sea and a sparking clean swimming pool although a tad cold highly recommend this place! cius garedns, terrace so your not on top of each other

“Most relaxing holiday ever.”

This is in one of the best locations in Argassi in my opinion. We had a front facing with balcony sea view room. This is in one of the best locations in Argassi in my opinion. We had a front facing with balcony sea view room. Yes, the rooms are basic, there is a kitchen with fridge - but we only used the fridge. Lovely and clean, and cleaned daily. There were towels and beach/pool towels supplied. There is air con and a safe all included, no deposit required. We went on bed basis only, but we asked for breakfast- 10€ a day pp, excellent breakfast as is all thier food. I recommend the chicken souvlaki Everybody were supper friendly- nothing too much trouble. Sunbeds on grassed area, 7 or so steps onto the 'beach' which is about 4mt wide. Pool lovely and warm. Showers and foot wash between beach and pool. There are also so many places to eat out ... cannot say we had a bad meal in the 7 nights we were there. The green frog is also straight across the road, bar/restaurant and shop for all essentials. Fab cocktails. We wanted a quiet week away just to totally unwind.... there is so little to do it was absolutely perfect for the type of week away we needed/ wanted. Highly recommend the Maria Mare

We absolutely loved this place. First the location. There aren’t many hotels where you can sit at the water’s edge. They have a private beach with clear and shallow water so perfect for those with younger kids. In the stifling heat of summer this was a godsend and spent every day and many evenings sitting in the loungers listening to the waves. Next the managers and staff. What an absolutely adorable team. It’s a family run hotel which you can tell from the outset as their care and attention was exemplary. They made us breakfasts to take with us on days when we had early starts and the rooms were cleaned every day. The accommodation is fairly basic but that doesn’t even matter. It’s just a really comfortable and happy place to stay. And the aircon was a lifesaver! Thank you.
