Where to start? First, Nikoleta's daughter, whose name I can't remember, was a delight at check in time. So friendly. Next, the room was spectacular! very spacious with excellent amenities, a really cool bathroom, and, the coup de tat, a veranda with its own jacuzzi. And talk about spectacular! The views from the bedroom, but especially the veranda, were amazing, Nothing better than sitting in the jacuzzi with a glass of the (provided) wine and looking out on Oia after a day of many steps.

Brilliant accommodation in Oia. Apartments are clean, comfortable, smell great. Location is perfect just a short walk up the road from the centre of Oia. Brilliant accommodation in Oia. Apartments are clean, comfortable, smell great. Location is perfect just a short walk up the road from the centre of Oia. Fantastic views of caldera, and even if your room doesn't you have access to a terrace with an even more epic view. Communication and customer service are second to none. Little touches like welcome food and drinks, and leaving gift make all the difference. Overall I can't imagine there is better value accomodation in Oia.

“The most perfect villa, in an ideal location, with spectacular views”

The most wonderful villa, with the most spectacular views. This villa has absolutely everything you would need for the perfect holiday. The bed, and pillows were so comfortable, as were the sunbeds on our terrace. The bathroom was beautiful, with a good shower. A lovely private jacuzzi on our terra… more

The most wonderful villa, with the most spectacular views. This villa has absolutely everything you would need for the perfect holiday. The bed, and pillows were so comfortable, as were the sunbeds on our terrace. The bathroom was beautiful, with a good shower. A lovely private jacuzzi on our terrace, and a swimming pool was at the villa that we could use too. The villa had all the amenities we would need, and was cleaned every day to a high standard. Free WiFi, and a good air conditioning system which added to our comfort. Nikoleta and her staff made our stay a smooth process, and couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. The villa was in a perfect location in Oia, with spectacular views, it's just outside the town which made it quiet and peaceful, and just a short stroll to Oia town, and a bus stop right by the villa to explore the island further. I couldn't recommend this villa enough to anyone. We will definitely be back one day. Many thanks, Katie 😊

“Excellent Service and Facilities”

Aspa Villas provided excellent accommodation for our two days stay in Oia. Nicoletta and her team were proactive to ensure we had a comfortable stay. It was a short walk into the main part of Oia. The villas were quiet and had beautiful views from the terrace area.
