“Our vacation made great by Home suites Chigago Downtown”

“Disappointing”
Arrived late at night and checked in by helpful staff member. Sofa bed had not been made up despite making a special request for this to be done. No bed linen in the room. Bed linen was brought to the room when requested. Room clean and bed comfortable . Breakfast was appalling ! Limited choi… more
