This accommodation is centrally located to Costanera shopping mall, avenida El Bosque Norte (cafes, restaurants, moneywxchange offices) & Avenida Isadora ( great restaurants & W hotel). The apartment is simple but adequate, is serviced every day & includes a safety deposit box. There is a plentiful breakfast option included as well as a 24 hour door man If you can ignore the tired paint on the appartment interior walls and the 80s kitchen it is perfectly fine. Service was very friendly & accomodating.

I stayed on a two-bedroom apartment for over 2 weeks. It was winter, the windows are thin but the heating worked nicely. There is almost no noise from the street and you never hear anything from the next rooms. The apartment had a decent living room, with a 2-person sofa and a 1 person sofa, a large coffee table, a decent LCD TV, a radio, and a four-seater table (and respective chairs). The table was large enough for 3 people to work for hours on 17'' laptops. It has a small kitchen with a gas stove and oven, a large refrigerator, microwave oven, silverware, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls and everything you need to serve a meal for 4 people. The room was spacious, although the closet wasn't big enough for two people to hang all their clothes. There is a safe that wasn't working. The bathroom was clean, functional while not that big. The toilet was a bit small for my height (1,82 m). The towels were changed every day, the kitchen was cleaned - dishes and all – and the beds were made every day. The quality of the furniture wasn’t the best but it was good enough, although a bit old. The beds were a bit tight but were comfortable. Breakfast was at the top floor, on a room with large windows and a great view. There was coffee, scrambled eggs (real eggs), two types of bread for toast, ham and cheese, fresh cheese, cake, cereal, milk and fruit salad.

If you consider the hotel options in the area, this will appear much cheaper. Also around 85 Dollars per night. The best is the location. The worst is the quality of the rooms. If you consider the hotel options in the area, this will appear much cheaper. Also around 85 Dollars per night. The best is the location. The worst is the quality of the rooms. They should have more consideration for their guests. Specially the quality of the furniture, cleaning etc. If you expect 4 starts hotels standard... forget it. This is most like a 2 starts. Good aspects: location (very very good), free transfer to and from the airport (just need to sent your flight details, there will be someone to pick you up on the airport and bring you to the apartment). Another plus is the gymnasium tickets. The gym is not in the same building (like 200 m walk) but it clearly is one of the best gyms around, and you have free access. Breakfast is very simple, just the basics.
