“Near everything”
This hotel is a budget hotel, but it is in walking distance to pretty much everything. The owner is very friendly and full of advice for the travelers who seeks out of touch visits. The room is quite small and stuffy, but ok. The breakfast is normal.

“solid space in a good location”
Hotel Quito is a 5 min walk from downtown Santiago. The atmosphere is a small family run place, breakfast is a bit basic. Rooms are average to small, some with shared bathrooms. Reception is very friendly and some English is spoken. Relaxed place for a few nights for smaller budgets.

The hotel is very well located if you want to stay in downtown Santiago , everything is in walking distance . The staff is very friendly and helpful . There have been some attempts to renovate this old building but it was better than I expected from the photos.
